A woefully belated thanks for the last minute cake-we all thought it sublime! In fact, the birthday girl reposed to share it with her family and instead brought it to school. Three of us inhaled chocolate, hidden in my office lest someone else wanted to join us. Thanks again and hope you get to enjoy the anticipation of the season.

Dear Lynn,
Thank you for your part in our surprise 40th anniversary party. It was so special. The cake was beautiful, almost too lovely to be cut our grandchildren thought otherwise and so did we once we ate it.
