Fresh moist non-traditional cakes made with the finest ingredients. Creamy butter, Madagascar vanilla, rich decadent dutch cocoa, tangy fresh squeezed lemon and dark Italian espresso are just a few of the ingredients that make these cakes as special as they look on the outside taste just as amazing on the inside. Each one of the cakes you will see was given devoted personal attention. The fun for me as a cake maker has always been in the unexpected details. Yummy Gluten Free
After a heart felt request to do a gluten free wedding and anniversary cake this summer, having no previous experience with this type of baking, except for flourless cakes which do not lend themselves to being made into a layer cake. I researched and baked endless recipes determined to come up with a delicious moist chocolate layer cake without gluten. I am now happy to report after many hours invested but certainly not waisted is a cake that fooled even my most earnest of chocolate non-gluten free cake eating friends.
