The idea for this cake came from the thought how cool it would be to have the birthday girl arrive and ask where her cake was. Success! The party guests could not believe it was a cake. The flavor inside was a buttery vanilla with a fresh raspberry filling covered with Swiss meringue buttercream then a fondant design.

The party was thrown by my very creative friend, it took place at her dance studio where she does wonderful parties for all ages. For a younger birthday celebration dancing, games, crafts, food and of course cake. A terrific time for everyone, especially the hard working mom who would like to actually relax and enjoy her child’s big day.
